Columbus Surgery Center has been serving the Columbus, Nebraska, community and surrounding areas since 2007. Columbus Community Hospital officially took ownership of the facility in June 2021, as Dr. Peter Diedrichsen sought to transition ownership.
Columbus Community Hospital is proud to continue providing ophthalmology, endoscopy, and pain services to the Columbus community and surrounding areas – including Humphrey, Rising City, and Genoa – on an ongoing basis. Through Columbus Surgery Center, Columbus Community Hospital is able to broaden its scope and provide continued patient care.
